      The gut healing plan I opted for did exactly what it said it would. I felt so light the next day. The ingredients are extremely well sourced. The highlight for me was the walnut cake, the vinaigrette of the quinoa salad and the cauliflower pizza! The quantities of the meals are huge. Despite being gluten and dairy free – the taste is not compromised at all. I would happily recommend Healthy Kitchen meals to everyone!
